Are there any GLUES or ADHESIVE issues that are smoking guns?

And what is the idea behind Zeolite - a granule used as an infill by a few folks in USA that claim it will help to remove odors, etc. Chemical analysis makes it look like aluminum component is in heavy concentrations and it's hardness(?)might have a high potential of dust, crushing, silting, etc??? And after it absorbs "stuff" - what do you do, vacuum it out, dispose and replace? Can anyone fill me in here?

Maybe these subjects need some attention, as well.
