When you look at our home page - EcoWaterlessGrass.com, there are numerous installation videos which demonstrate some of the important and various steps suggested during preparation, installation and maintenance of Artificial Turf by our experienced staffs. We do sell DVDs that will help you during installation and our videos tell you how to install syn grass around a tree. Here are some small tips that will help you.

Firstly you should see that the irrigation lines are installed properly prior to your installation of synthetic grass materials. Carefully mark the locations in order to prevent nailing through the lines. Don't install compaction aggregate up to the tree's base and allow some space for the root zone by making a circumference extended from the tree's base; this will permit the roots to breathe, as oxygen is very important for trees and it is absorbed from the roots.

EcoWaterlessGrass is 100% Safe

Lately there were few reports in the media concerning the safety of artificial turf products. Being a reputed artificial grass company who is offering excellent synthetic grass products, it is our obligation to provide customers with the facts necessary to make well-informed decisions. There were many studies made on synthetic turfs, one of them is the microbial population study, this survey was made on several infilled faux grasses as well as in natural grass.

It has been proved that the source of such bacteria might be more closely associated with locker room activity in public areas and from athletic training facilities than with the infill system, conclusive evidence is not currently available. This is very much obvious that our grass is very safe. Similarly when it comes to the safety of lead chromate found in artificial turfs, it has been concluded that there are no health risks linked with lead chromate in synthetic turf. Therefore artificial turfs from Eco Alliance are 100% safe, non-toxic and clean.

Installing the Synthetic Grass Cups

Once the compacting of decomposed granite is done, arrange the cups for the artificial grass over it, and mark the place where these cups will be permanently fixed. This can be done by giving slight pressure to each cup and rotating it which will cause a small indentation to the decomposed granite and this will be used a reference point or marker for the cups.

With a help of a small hand shovel dig a small hole which is at least 2 inches larger around than the cup itself. If your cups are 6 inches tall, then you will need to make holes of 6 inches above the top of the decomposed granite material. Add fast drying concrete mix powder around the entire outside perimeter. Use the handle of your hand shovel to pack down the mixture. Allow 1 inch of the cup to be exposed.
